Shipping policy


To ensure that your package will be delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timeframe we announce, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and that it includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of abbreviations, street numbers, correct building or apartment numbers and route information (if any) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.


All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been removed from our processing center by the carrier. The processing and shipping time of orders is 2 to 4 (working) days but most of our orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours.

Please note that orders may take 16 to 25 business days for France from the date of shipment and 20 to 30 business days in the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can also track the status of your order on our website in the "TRACK MY PACKAGE" section.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse a package, you will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.


If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim.

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for applications to be processed.

We assume no responsibility for packages that have been reported as having been delivered by the carrier. We do not issue any refund or credit for packages whose delivery is confirmed by the carrier.


If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of these items are out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order, refunding you according to your original payment method for items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive several packages for the same order if it consists of several items.
