Refund policy
RETURNS
You have 14 days to return your purchase to us from the date of receipt.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer has a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the Product of his order, to withdraw. He will be required to return any Product that does not suit him and request the exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs, within fourteen days from receipt by ALLTHEMUST of the refund request.
The Product must be returned in perfect condition. The product must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged. If necessary, it must be accompanied by all its accessories. It is recommended to the Customer to make the return by a solution allowing a tracking of the package. Otherwise, if the returned package does not reach the Seller, it will not be possible to launch an investigation with the postal services to ask them to locate the latter. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the one chosen by the Customer for the initial transaction. The Seller also reserves the right to defer the refund until receipt of the Product.
In the event of depreciation of the Products resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product(s), the Customer may be held liable.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 15 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@allthemust.com.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to contact@allthemust.com and send us your item to: ALLTHEMUST (SEKUR), 1 rue Ernest Hébert, 75016 Paris, France.
SHIPMENTS
To return a product, you must send it by post to: ALLTHEMUST (SEKUR), 1 rue Ernest Hébert, 75016 Paris, France in tracked parcel. It will be your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
